At Ski Bum Coffee Co®, every season is a chance to explore new terrain ...not just on the mountain, but in the world of coffee. Our Spring 2026 single-origin lineup is a tribute to the people, places, and processes that make specialty coffee so extraordinary.
These coffees aren't just sourced ...they're stewarded, cultivated through generations of knowledge, shaped by terroir, and brought to life by farmers who treat coffee as both craft and culture.
Let's take a journey.

Bali, Indonesia: Harmony in Every Harvest
Tasting Notes: Bakers Chocolate, Orange Peel, Juniper, Molasses, Clean
Grown in the Kintamani Highlands at elevations of 1,200–1,600 MASL, this coffee reflects the balance of nature and tradition. Producers are organized through Subak Abian, a centuries-old system rooted in Tri Hita Karana ...the philosophy of harmony between people, environment, and spirit.
Coffee here is cultivated alongside citrus trees in rich volcanic loam near Mount Agung. Using the traditional wet-hulled (Giling Basah) process, beans develop their signature bluish hue and a uniquely clean yet complex profile.
No synthetic fertilizers. No shortcuts. Just intention, community, and craft.

Sumatra: Depth Born from the Earth
Tasting Notes: Black Tea, Brown Spice, Citrus
From smallholder farms across Sumatra, this coffee is a study in boldness and balance. Grown at 1,000–1,500 MASL, the island's humid microclimates slow cherry development, creating layered complexity and a syrupy body.
Farmers hand-pulp, ferment, and process their coffee using traditional methods passed down through generations. This Grade 1, Double Picked lot reflects meticulous care ...sorted twice to meet the highest export standards.
The result? A cup that's grounding, spiced, and unmistakably Sumatran.

Tanzania Peaberry: Precision Meets Brightness
Tasting Notes: Cardamom, Brown Sugar, Tea, Bright Acidity, Complex
In Tanzania's southern highlands, smallholder farmers cultivate coffee at elevations up to 1,900 MASL. This peaberry lot ...formed when a single seed develops inside the cherry ...offers a distinct and often more concentrated flavor profile.
With support from centralized processing units (CPUs), farmers benefit from consistent quality control and improved market access. Fully washed and dried on raised beds, this coffee delivers clarity, structure, and vibrant acidity.
A refined, high-elevation experience in every sip.

Costa Rica: Precision in Motion
Tasting Notes: Pineapple Juice, Blackberry, Almond, Bright, Sweet, Complex
In the renowned region of San Marcos de Tarrazú, precision defines everything. Through the Coopetarrazu cooperative ...over 4,600 members strong ...coffee is processed with remarkable efficiency and care.
From flotation sorting to mechanical demucilaging and controlled drying, every step is optimized without sacrificing quality. The result is a clean, vibrant cup that reflects both innovation and tradition.
This is coffee engineered for excellence.

Colombia: Community and Complexity
Tasting Notes: Dark Chocolate, Mango, Peach, Medium Acidity, Rounded Body
In the mountains of Tolima, the Café del Macizo group brings together 59 dedicated growers who share knowledge, resources, and a commitment to quality.
Grown between 1,500–2,100 MASL and fully washed, this coffee expresses the lush landscape of the Cordillera Central. It's balanced, expressive, and layered with both sweetness and depth.
A true reflection of collaboration at origin.

Mexico: Strength Through Cooperation
Tasting Notes: Rich Chocolate, Dark Cherry, Orange, Creamy Body, Sweet Finish
From the highlands of Chiapas, this coffee is produced by farmers within the Alma de Chiapas cooperative ...an organization focused on strengthening communities through Fair Trade practices and sustainable growth.
With nearly 600 farmers contributing across 1,600+ hectares, this coffee represents both scale and care. Clean, sweet, and approachable, it's a testament to what happens when farmers are supported to thrive.

Peru: Growth Rooted in Purpose
Tasting Notes: Lemon, Herbal, Chocolate, Smooth Body
High in the Amazonas region, the El Palto cooperative began with just 35 farmers and has grown into a thriving community committed to organic and Fair Trade coffee.
With strong representation from women producers and a focus on long-term sustainability, this coffee reflects both social progress and exceptional quality.
Smooth, bright, and balanced ...it's coffee with a mission.
