Common Questions

The cost of label design for up to two (2) design iterations is included in the purchase price. Additional billable rates for graphic design apply afterwards.

All label designs must go through the proper food safety reviews, in other words... all designs are subject to our sole final approval.

Timeline: approximately one (1) week for design and approval.

All of our coffee is specialty grade and ethically traded with a focus on relationships and respect for the farm and the farmer. All lots are carefully evaluated based on cup quality, farm process and sustainable practice.

If you are planning an event or other deadline, be sure to order three (3) to four (4) weeks in advance to be safe.

Depending on the time of the year, and depending on larger order quantities, additional advance time may be needed.

Wholesale Pricing currently has a minimum quantity of twelve (12) per product item, and minimum quantity requirement is subject to change at any time. Quantities less than the minimum are at retail pricing rates.

All coffee and/or tea orders are non-refundable.

Payment must be received in full prior to order fulfillment.
