Apres Ski Whiskey Barrel Aged, Irish Coffee

To make an Irish Coffee using Ski Bum Coffee Co's "Après Ski Whiskey Barrel Aged" coffee, you'll need:

 

Ingredients:

1 cup of freshly brewed Ski Bum Coffee Co "Après Ski Whiskey Barrel Aged" coffee
1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Whipped cream
Optional: Irish cream liqueur for an extra kick


Instructions:

Brew a fresh cup of Ski Bum Coffee Co's "Après Ski Whiskey Barrel Aged" coffee.
While the coffee is brewing, warm your glass by filling it with hot water for a minute or two, then discard the water.
Add the brown sugar to the warm glass, followed by the Irish whiskey.
Pour the freshly brewed coffee into the glass and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Top the coffee with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
Optional: For an extra indulgent twist, you can float a small amount of Irish cream liqueur on top of the whipped cream.
