This specialty-grade, single-origin Guatemalan coffee is aged for 30 days in bourbon barrels, absorbing the warm, oaky notes of whiskey before being roasted to perfection. Ingredients:
- 1 oz Après Ski Whiskey Barrel-Aged espresso (freshly brewed & cooled)
- 2 oz bourbon
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Ice
- Orange peel & cherry for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the bourbon, cooled espresso, simple syrup, and orange bitters.
- Stir gently until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Express an orange peel over the drink, rub it around the rim, and drop it in.
